We have found that like schools, medical facilities and their staff have an attitude of “it won’t happen to us.” I think it is because the nature of the people in both education and medicine are the same: service and help to others. It creates an atmosphere where the problems of the “outside world” happening to them seem like an impossibility. Unfortunately that is not the case.
